The first issue of “Middle East Papers” magazine was published in November 1990. This issue was our first experience, through which the center tried to establish itself as a leading research center in Egypt and the region.

The first issue of the magazine focused on the Arabian Gulf crisis arising from Iraq’s occupation of Kuwait, through various dimensions, as well as raising issues of development and economic reform.
