The second issue of the “Regional Neighbourhood Series” focused on studying the future of the Ethiopian state and its political system based on its ability to overcome one of the most prominent dilemmas there, which is managing ethnic diversity, in light of the severe internal conflicts that Ethiopia is currently suffering from, in which the ethnic dimension has played a significant role.
