Egypt, with a new mandate for Mr. President, attentively examines the threats and challenges facing the region and urges the Egyptian state, with its accumulated experience and vast capabilities, to determine Arab, regional, and international courses of action. A genuine social contract that outlines the roles of citizens and the state in confronting threats to the Egyptian state and impeding its advancement, as well as the achievement of the state’s main objectives within the constraints it is currently focusing on, is necessary for the Egyptian state to succeed with a new term for Mr. President. Moreover, it necessitates adhering to disciplined public policies in line with a social vision that elevates the value of hard work and accomplishment while addressing risks and challenges, and sets the directional compass within the framework of the major national project, the course of which is decided by the President and the national institutions of state, which collaborate to map out future courses and choose harmonious internal and foreign policy directions within a single operating system, which requires faith in the constants and facts of the new republic, and its renewed responsibilities, in accordance with the accomplishments and goals that need to be pursued, which places as its top priorities an internal focus on the stability of the nation, activating the role of political parties and civil society, and making room for more responsible freedoms, while unleashing the creative capabilities of promising Egyptian youth to help build their country, focusing externally on making room for the Egyptian presence in the region, and participating in resolving Arab and regional crises with an emphasis on protecting Egyptian national security by focusing on the priorities of the strategic domains of the Egyptian state, which requires to continuously develop the capabilities of the Egyptian Armed Forces to confront the ongoing challenges and renewed threats that require continuing vigilance to confront all developments at various levels.
