The Lebanese-Israeli border is witnessing a threatening stage of escalation in recent days, which portends a major regional war between the Iranian “Axis of Resistance”, and the Israel axis with direct Western support, as well as the countries between them whose interests are intertwined with the two axes, or were forced by geographical provisions and the interests of both parties according to the objectives of the current stage of confrontation.

Netanyahu’s continuation of the Gaza war does not serve Israeli and American interests, as Israel’s strategic goals in the Gaza Strip have not been achieved, and hence, the goals of Israel and the United States require moving the war now from the Gaza Strip to Lebanon or Syria, and marketing the war as a war against Iran and its arms and not against the Palestinians, which may constitute a prelude to other major events on the Israeli agenda.
