The National Center for Middle East Studies held a panel discussion on 18 December, 2024, tackling the developments in the Egyptian economic landscape, in the presence of the center’s executives and staff, and a number of specialized experts, including: Dr. Mahmoud Abu El-Oyoun, former Governor of the Central Bank, Dr. Ahmed El-Sayed El-Naggar, economic expert, and former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Ahram Foundation, Dr. Ahmed Kamali, Professor of Economics at the American University, and former Deputy Minister of Planning and Economic Development, and Dr. Hassan Youssef, Professor of Economics Emeritus at Ohio University, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Economic Research Forum.
