The National Center for Middle East Studies held a meeting on 6 December 2016 with Mr. Adnan Al-Mufti, the former Speaker of the Kurdistan Region parliament, in the company of a group of Egyptian experts. The meeting concluded by identifying the most prominent aspects of the Kurdish stance towards the Iraqi issue, especially during the stage following the end of ISIS crisis.
