Countries are keen to hold conferences to address climate change issues, especially those suffered by the poorest countries. However, with the slow implementation of recommendations, questions are raised about the usefulness of these conferences, especially since developed countries are not prepared to implement policies that negatively affect their economies, and the extent of their impact on the economies of developing countries.
